Process

From the address to a decision.

You give us the address and what is going on with the property. A licensed California broker reviews it, the repairs get scoped with contractor-backed estimates, and you get your options in writing — including what listing would likely net. No repairs, no showings, no obligation, and no offer is promised. Start a property review.

01

Property

We start with the property itself: location, condition, occupancy, and what the public record already tells us.

02

Scope

Work is broken down trade by trade — roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, walls, flooring — and priced with contractor-backed estimates.

03

Numbers

Value and cost inputs go into a reviewable model, so the price on the page can be explained line by line.

04

Buyer

When a property is a fit for our investor network, it is matched against stated buy boxes rather than blasted to a list.

Transparency

How Easy Acquisitions actually works.

Who we are

Easy Acquisitions is the acquisitions arm and a brand of The Easy Advantage LLC — the platform and operator. It is not a separate legal company.

How we transact

We may acquire property as a principal, and we may assign or resell our contract rights to another buyer for a profit. That is disclosed up front, in writing, in every transaction.

What we bring

Property review, scope-driven rehab intelligence with contractor-backed renovation estimates, and a qualified investor network — so a property can be evaluated and moved without a public listing.

What we do not do

We do not quote interest rates or financing terms, publish fabricated performance figures, or promise an offer before a property has been reviewed. Automated messages are never sent without consent.

Easy Acquisitions may enter into purchase contracts as a principal and may assign or resell its contract rights for a profit. Dino Palmieri is a licensed California real estate broker (DRE #0151731); this licensed status is disclosed in all transactions.
